"I'm a senior photographer myself, so I understood the importance of the senior session experience for my son and for myself. I wanted to go and just get to be Mom. But I was very picky about who I hired, and so was my son (who is my assistant on shoots!) We considered several photographers, in and out of state, and we both agreed on Annie. NO REGRETS! We added a studio session, which gave us a chance to feature musical instruments and get some very different shots. "Choosing Annie Drake of Grapevine Memories to take my son's senior photos was one of the best decisions I've made! Annie was professional and very easy to work with from the first time that I contacted her. Backstory--we had loved working with Annie a few times before for theater photos, but then we moved 6 hours away. My daughter and I enjoyed seeing Annie post all of her friends’ senior photos and had talked about trying to make the drive ‘home’ to get to work with Annie. Then, Covid 19 came along. One morning, as I was scrolling through FB, I saw that Annie had posted a gorgeous photo of her daughter in ‘our’ canyon!! I was so excited! I figured she’d probably posted after getting home from her social distanced canyon cabin get away, but decided to reach out to her anyway. "Four years ago, Annie photographed our daughter Nicole.
